1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MC & Sons LLC ("MC & Sons") ride dispatch platform or receiving SMS notifications from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

MC & Sons provides ride dispatch coordination services, connecting clients with drivers for transportation in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our platform facilitates ride booking, driver assignment, and payment processing.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

• By providing your phone number to MC & Sons, you consent to receive SMS messages related to ride dispatch operations.
• Message types include: new ride request alerts, trip offers, ride confirmations, and status updates.
• Message frequency varies based on ride volume.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for support information.
• SMS is provided via Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and ride information
• Arrive at pickup locations at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers and staff with respect
• Pay for completed rides in a timely manner

5. Payments

Ride payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Rates are quoted before ride confirmation. Gratuity, if applicable, is added at the agreed percentage.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation fees are based on how close to the scheduled pickup time the cancellation is made:

• 6+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund
• 2–6 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund
• Under 2 hours / no-show: No refund, full fare retained

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

MC & Sons LLC provides dispatch coordination services. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
